We are a community-driven blog, and your feedback is what helps us grow and improve.

General Inquiries

For anything that doesn't fall into a specific category — general questions, website feedback, suggestions, or just saying hello — feel free to drop us a message via email. We appreciate every message we receive and make sure to read all of them.

We use ProtonMail to ensure your messages are handled securely and privately. You can write to us in English or Indonesian — we're comfortable with both.

Mod Submissions

Are you a mod creator who wants your work featured on ETS2Cloud? We're always looking for high-quality mods to add to our collection. We welcome submissions from creators of all skill levels — from solo developers to large modding teams.

When submitting your mod for consideration, please include the following in your email:

• Your name or modding alias.
• The name of your mod and a brief description of what it does.
• The ETS2 version(s) your mod is compatible with.
• A link to your mod's official download page (Steam Workshop, ModLand, Sharemods, etc.).
• At least 2–3 screenshots or a preview video of your mod in action.
• Whether you would like to be credited by a specific name or social media handle.

We review all submissions carefully. If your mod is selected for a feature, we will contact you before publishing to confirm the details and make sure everything is accurate. We do not re-upload or mirror mod files without explicit permission from the creator.

DMCA & Copyright Concerns

If you believe any content on ETS2Cloud infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately. We take copyright concerns very seriously and will respond to all valid requests as quickly as possible — typically within 48 hours.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all emails within 2 to 5 business days. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer, but we will always get back to you. For urgent matters such as DMCA requests or critical website issues, we prioritize those and aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours.
